Where is Valley Veterinary Emergency located?

Valley Veterinary Emergency operates out of the Weston Woden Animal Hospital at 176 Dixon Dr, Holder ACT 2611. Convenient onsite parking is available for our clients.

What are your hours?

Our operating hours are as follows:

  • Saturday: 1pm – 7pm

  • Sunday: 9am – 5pm

What services do you provide?

We provide emergency services for cats and dogs, offering consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation, and surgical interventions to address urgent medical needs. Please note we do not offer routine services such as vaccinations, routine surgeries, etc. We address immediate healthcare needs.

What if I have an exotic or pocket pet?

Services for exotic pets are case-dependent. Call us beforehand so we can better assist you and provide tailored care for your exotic companions.

Do you provide overnight care/services?

At present, we do not offer overnight services. Should overnight care be required, we can transfer your pet to a suitable facility to ensure continuous and attentive medical attention.

Should I call before arriving?

It is highly recommended you call before your arrival. By doing so, we can efficiently phone triage your pet, allowing us to assess the urgency of the situation and prepare our staff accordingly. This ensures a prompt and well-prepared response upon your pet's arrival, optimising the care they receive during this critical time.
